Data Deletion

You can remove your data from Wembry at any time, in two levels:

1. Disconnect a platform

In the app, open Settings, Connections, and remove the platform (for example Shopify or Meta). This immediately revokes our access and stops all further data collection from that platform. You can also revoke access from the platform's own security settings.

2. Delete your account and all data

Email us at hello@ our domain from the address you registered with, with the subject "Delete my account". We will permanently delete your account and all associated data from production systems within 30 days and confirm by email.
